Finance can make a larger project easier to manage, but the numbers need to be clear from the start. We assess the proposed work first and give you a fixed, itemised written quotation before we discuss any finance figures. That means you see the direct project price on its own, then compare it with optional monthly payment illustrations if you'd like to.
We keep the cost of the building work separate from the cost of borrowing, which helps you make a calmer decision. This can be useful for major jobs such as re-roofing, extensions, loft conversions, solar installations and spray foam removal with remedial work. You're never obliged to apply for finance, and you can still choose to pay directly once you've reviewed the options.
How the process stays straightforward
Our process starts with a free project survey, where we visit your property and look properly at what the job involves. Once that's done, we send a written quote with a fixed price, so you're not trying to weigh up borrowing against a vague estimate. If you want finance figures, we can then show the deposit, amount borrowed, repayment term, estimated monthly repayments and total repayable alongside the direct payment option.
Applications are handled through Ideal4Finance, and any offer remains subject to status, lender approval and the lender's own criteria. We keep the quotation unchanged when you ask for finance information, so the comparison stays honest and easy to follow.
